Protection and Migration: Processes and Decisions in a COVID World

The Asia Pacific Chapter of the IARMJ is pleased to present this online workshop on the topic of processes and decision-making in the era of COVID-19, hosted by Bruce Burson (NZ), Sean Baker (Au) and Judge Torres (Phil) as well as guest speakers.  The workshop will focus on observing fairness obligations when in-person hearings are difficult or impossible, running a virtual hearing and the pandemic as an issue in protection and migration decisions.  Free of charge to IARMJ members.  Duration is approximately 90 minutes.  Enquiries to
