What we collect

In case of membership and event registration we collect

contact information  - name, email, city, country, phone, position and title, organisation

Payment details are processed through payment provider PaybyLink

What we do with the information we gather

We use these details to provide you with specific information, on services that you request from us, (ie event registration) and to communicate with you. In case of event registration your details may be shared with the event organizing committee. 
The member list on the website is only accessible for logged in IARMJ members, showing name, country, region, position, and photo and can be edited by members themselves.

How long do we keep this data

We do not store this data on the website, but retain information

  • membership:for as long as needed for administration purposes and to communicate with you as long as membership exists.
  • event registration:for as long as needed for event organisation and administration purposes
