A recent study published by the Hungarian Helsinki Committee: The Right to Know in the European Union: Comparative Study on Access to Classified Data in National Security Related Immigration Cases. This gap-filling comparative study analyses how persons concerned can access classified information in asylum- and immigration-related proceedings in EU Member States and whether national frameworks are in line with European standards. The study is a result of unparalleled international cooperation of national experts in almost all EU Member States.
