The IARLJ is delighted to invite all members of the Association to attend the European Chapter Conference to be held in Lisbon on 23 and 24 September 2010.

Accommodation
The Altis Hotel - a 5 * hotel - has been pre-booked for IARLJ delegates. This hotel is located in the city centre and appeared to be the best option for our delegates.
The address is Rua Castilho, no 11, 1269-072 Lisboa.

Additional nights can be booked at a special rate of € 110 for a double room and € 95 for a single room, breakfast included.
Bookings are to be made before 31 August 2010.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel when you notify the hotel in advance of your arrival. To catch this shuttle bus, go to parking lot no 3.   

Transportation
Transportation from the hotel to the conference venue vice versa has been arranged.


Conference dinners
On Thursday 23 September the IARLJ delegates are invited by the Municipality Cascais for a dinner at the Centro Cultural de Cascais.

On Friday 24 September IARLJ delegates are invited by the Municipality of Sintra for a conference dinner at Palácio da Pena.

Transportation to and from the hotel/dinner location has been arranged. Due to limitations in the capacity of both premises, we can only guarantee up to 120 participants for both dinners.

 

Conference registration fee - all inclusive

We can offer an all inclusive fee of € 275 which includes the following:

• Conference fee
• 2 nights accommodation in the Altis Hotel, a 5 star hotel,  in the city centre
• bus transport from the hotel to the conference venue vice-versa
• lunches and coffee breaks for both days
• sponsored dinners on Thursday and Friday evening; transportation to the dinner location.

This hotel offers IARLJ delegates a very good price for additional nights:
€ 110 per night for a double room, breakfast included and
€ 95 for a single room, breakfast included.

Bookings can be made until 31 August 2010.

These prices apply when you wish to book extra nights preceding or following the conference.
