Book Launch of "Serious International Crimes, Human Rights, and Forced Migration"

28 Feb 2022

Dear members,

On behalf of Dr James C. Simeon, Associate Professor and Head of McLaughlin College at York University in Canada I would like to invite you for the online Book Launch of "Serious International Crimes, Human Rights, and Forced Migration"

This book launch will take place on Wednesday, March 2, 10:00 am - 11:00 am, EST, via Zoom.

The book will be a valuable resource for students, academics, researchers, and policymakers working in the areas of international law, migration, human rights, and international criminal law. There are a number of IARMJ members who are contributing authors in the edited collection and the topic is very pertinent to what is happening in the Ukraine at present. This volume elucidates and explores the interrelationships and direct causal connection between serious international crimes, serious breaches to fundamental human rights, and gross affronts to human dignity that lead to mass forced migration. The session will be recorded and posted on the IARMJ website for all those who are interested but unable to attend the book launch.

Kind regards,

Melany Cadogan
