Dinner for the participants of the conference is free of charge. However, a partner will be charged at a fee of €165. This amount will be added to the participant’s invoice for registration fee. The welcome reception is free of charge.

Confirmation and Payment
- Payments need to be made within 14 days from the registration date.
PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will ONLY be considered complete and confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellation policy
Full refunds will be made for cancellations received before 10 August 2026.
After that date the following percentages of the full fee will be deducted from the refund:
- 25% if received between 11 to 24 August (8 weeks prior to event)
- 50% when received between 25 August to 7 September (6 weeks prior to event)
- 75% when received between 8 to 21 September (4 weeks prior to event)
- 85% if received within the last two weeks prior to event i.e. from 22 September 2026
