REGISTRATION FEE

  • Main conference registration fee is 350 USD
  • Post-conference workshops-2 days registration fee is 150 USD

The fee includes 

  • Coffee breaks during conference and workshop days.
  • Lunches on main and post-conference days with one soft drink.
  • Conference writing materials - Pens and notepads.
  • An excursion to Nairobi National Park on Saturday 22 November.
  • A reception on 17 November at 18:00 hrs. and a gala dinner on 18 November at 18:30 hrs.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

Participants who register on or before 31st August 2025 will enjoy an early bird rate:

  • Conference Fee: USD 295
  • Workshop Fee: USD 120

Participants who register by 31st August 2025 but are awaiting institutional funding may request an extension of the early bird rate until 30th September 2025. To qualify, they must confirm that a funding request has been submitted and is pending approval.

 Please note: The early bird rate is subject to the organizers’ ability to sustainably maintain this offer.

ACCOMMODATION

The workshops and conference will be held at the Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi, Kenya, and hotel accommodation for participants is available. Your booking is to be made directly by you at https://shorturl.at/XuWyb

You can also choose a hotel close to the vicinity of the conference venue at www.booking.com and type out hotels in the Westlands area of Nairobi, Kenya.

Confirmation and Payment

  • Payments need to be made within 14 days from the registration date.
