 nlike other Bi-annual workshops\, this programme does not include an excur
 sion and there will be no transfer of participants to the airport and the 
 central railway station.\nPlease note that\, according to the current regu
 lations\, at the European Academy\, the 2G Corona virus rules are applicab
 le. Measures have been taken to guarantee safety regarding Covid and a spe
 cial ventilator was built into the ceiling of the conference room. This ro
 om is on the ground floor and has got large glass doors towards a private 
 garden that can be opened at any time.  \nThe European Academy offers hote
 l rooms which are all preliminarily booked for 12 and 13 June 2022 at a ra
 te of €78 per night\, breakfast included\, single occupancy.\nThe registra
 tion fee for the workshop\, lunch included\, will be € 50 and dinner (addi
 tional) €18 each.\nClick on the registration form to apply. \nYour registr
 ation will only be final after receipt of your payment. Free cancellation 
 and full reimbursement will be possible until 31 March 2022. After that\, 
 cancellation fees will be imposed by the venue. The following time limits 
 and fees will apply:\n\n9 to 7 weeks prior to start workshop: 25%\n7 to 5 
 weeks prior to start workshop: 50%\n5 to 3 weeks prior to start workshop: 
 75 %\nwithin the last three weeks prior to start: 85%\n\nof the full payme
 nt will be charged.\nShould general Covid restrictions prevent the Europea
 n Academy from accommodating clients\, the IARMJ reserves the right to can
 cel the workshop. In that case your payment will be refunded but the IARMJ
  will not be liable for costs arising from damage related to flight bookin
